First, check valve selection: Check valve is generally suitable for media without solid particles and large viscosity, if there are impurities before the check valve needs to install a filter. For small diameter low-pressure check valves, it is appropriate to choose lift check valves and diaphragm check valves; For medium and low-pressure check valves, it is appropriate to use non-wear spherical upper return valve, or swing check valve, for large diameter check valves, butterfly check valve and diaphragm check valve should be used. ● For pipelines requiring relatively small water impact or no water when closed, slow closing swing check valve and slow closing butterfly check valve should be selected. Second, check valve installation: Check valve installation position, height, import and export direction must meet the design requirements, pay attention to the direction of the medium flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body, the connection should be firm and tight. Do not make the check valve bear weight in the line, and the large check valve should be supported independently, so that it is not affected by the pressure generated by the pipe.
